Bowden & George Door Services is qualified (under the Building Act 2004) to audit buildings for certain safety systems that require regular testing and maintenance where a compliance schedule is in place. We are also IQP Registered.
We provide certification to the building owner that allows them to complete the building’s annual Warrant of Fitness.
